I’ve been pretty good so far at updating my traineo account with sleep and calorie data. Apparently I need to workout in order to enter workout data (who knew?), which I hope to resolve soon.
The logistics of sitting down once or twice a day and recalling everything that’s slid down my gullet have been a pain in the tookus, so I created a diary at TweetWhatYouEat.com, which lets me keep notes on what I’m eating throughout the day. And, with my wishful thinking cranked up to 11, I’ve created a Journal fitness category for what I hope to be all the fitness-related articles I’ll be writing.
